Is this star map based on real astronomical data?

Yes. Each star map is generated using astronomical data to recreate the night sky for your chosen date and location.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof of your star map by email within 24 hours of placing your order. You can review the design before approving it for printing.

What if I don’t know the exact time?

An approximate time is fine. If you leave the time blank, we’ll use 12:00 AM.

Can I create a star map for a future date?

Yes. Star maps can also be created for future dates.

Can I request changes to my design?

Yes. Once you receive your digital proof, you can request adjustments before approving the design for printing.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production begins after you approve your digital proof. Your order is shipped within 2–5 business days after approval. This is the dispatch timeframe, not the delivery timeframe.
